Presa, translated as Strawberry in Tagalog (Filippino), is a wonderful strawberry infused champagne cocktail fit for an awesome brunch experience.

  • 1 bar spoon Strawberry Preservative
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Earl Grey Tea
  • 5 oz Champagne


  1. With bar spoon, add (1) scoop of preservative to wine glass.

  2. Add Elderflower.

  3. Add Earl Grey Tea.

  4. Fill wine glass with ice.

  5. Top with champagne to the top.

  6. Garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprig.
