Easy and fun Gin based cocktail spun off a classic Gin Sour.
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Aquafaba
- 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters
In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice,
Strain into coupe glass.
Using angostura bitters, dabble a few drops on top of foam.
Using a pick or the end of the lavender stem, create a unique design in the foam.
Garnish with lavender sprig.
