Easy and fun Gin based cocktail spun off a classic Gin Sour.

Servings 1 person


  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Aquafaba
  • 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters


  1. In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice,

  2. Shake rigorously.

  3. Strain into coupe glass.

  4. Using angostura bitters, dabble a few drops on top of foam.

  5. Using a pick or the end of the lavender stem, create a unique design in the foam.

  6. Garnish with lavender sprig.
