This last Tuesday & Wednesday, November 6th and 7th, I had the opportunity to showcase Black Infusions “Black Fig” Vodka at both Fig & Olive locations, the Midtown and Meatpacking spots!

This man above, Michael Davidson is the owner and creator of Black Infusions which produces two of the finest, new vodka spirits out right now! In honor of being brought on to the menu Fig & Olive locations, Michael took the liberty to host a few happy hours to promote himself and his vodka as a celebration and to educate customers on the new spirit!

Black Fig Vodka

Made with dried California figs, this premium, artisanal vodka is filtered through volcanic lava rock, one of the few in America to be doing so with a vodka at the moment. With zero added sugar, this fig flavored vodka is really one to stand out being used in any of the classic cocktails as well as the few put together in the many other restaurant locations that can be found here, including;

Gold Apricot

As the newest edition to the Black Infusions family, this apricot flavored vodka is created with only the best blend of dried California fruit to create this sweet, yet tart flavor that will be a SMASH HIT for this upcoming spring season and even into the end of this winter! It was an absolute pleasure working one on one with Michael at Fig & Olive to share the Fig vodka currently used as the newest cocktail on the fall/winter cocktail list! Hosting this two hour open bar for guests to try the vodka was an amazing success and I cannot wait to share this mans creation even further!
