I find it very hard to include Fernet into cocktails of my making but I think I’ve finally cracked the code and this is one for both men AND women to enjoy!

Branca’s Roses

Very fresh gin based cocktail featuring fernet branca and combination of red fruits and rose petals.

Servings 1 person


  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1 bar spoon Rose Jam (Strawberry, Raspberry, Rose Petals)
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters


  1. In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice.

  2. Shake rigorously.

  3. Fine strain into coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with lemon peel.

  5. To make rose jam: Muddle strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals in blender.
