I find it very hard to include Fernet into cocktails of my making but I think I’ve finally cracked the code and this is one for both men AND women to enjoy!
Very fresh gin based cocktail featuring fernet branca and combination of red fruits and rose petals.
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Fernet Branca
- 1 bar spoon Rose Jam (Strawberry, Raspberry, Rose Petals)
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice.
Fine strain into coupe glass.See Also
Garnish with lemon peel.
To make rose jam: Muddle strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals in blender.
