Who doesn’t absolutely love a killer spicy margarita?! I’d say everyone does and this is a really fun and fresh twist on a classic I put together for a restaurant group in Greenport, Long Island. Check it below.
Fun twist on a classic infused with tamarind and local pepper puree.
- 2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Canton's Ginger Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Tamarind-Infused Agave
- 3 Drops Ghost Pepper Puree
In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice.
Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with dehydrated lime.
