I’ve been trying my best to put together a fun piña colada riff and I’ve finally perfected it. Check out this killer cocktail that’s usually with made with rum, but this time it’s with yellow chartreuse.

An amazing riff on the famous Piña Colada featruing chartreuse and thai coconut.

Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Thai Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 0.5 oz Giffard's Pineapple Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Vanilla & Cinnamon-Infused Syrup

Instructions

  1. In mixing tin, add all ingredients over ice.

  2. Shake rigorously.

  3. Fine strain into collins glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with Maraschino cherry and pineapple leaf.
