Here’s a fun cocktail featuring a wonderful blend of mezcal and Campari with a bit of a sweet kick to spice things up a bit.
Beautiful blend of smoke to bitter taste with a spicy-sweet kick on the end.
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Lime
- 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave
- 3 Muddled Jalapeño
In mixing tin, add jalapeno and lime juice.
Muddle accordingly. Make sure to mash the seeds for the spice.
Add rest of ingredients to tin over ice.
Fine strain into rocks glass over big cube.
Garnish with jalapeño slice.
